Along with many other health services, ARcare provides comprehensive care to those with HIV. This program includes several services that fall under a wide range of categories, including peer support services, care plans, co-pay assistance, medication assistance, dietitian counseling, gas vouchers for HIV-related visits and medical and non-medical case management, food voucher assistance and referrals for housing opportunities for those with HIV/AIDS.
The HIV Care Program is funded through the Ryan White Program, a federally funded program for individuals living with HIV/AIDS who have no health insurance (public or private), who have insufficient health care coverage, or who lack financial resources to get the care they need for their HIV disease.
