Business Description
Established in 1972, the Miss Gay Arkansas America has provided a platform for gay theater and some of the finest female impersonation in Arkansas. Norma Kristie, the representative from Arkansas, was crowned the first Miss Gay America in 1973 in Nashville, Tennessee, and Little Rock served as the national headquarters for the network of official preliminaries for over 35 years. The Miss Gay Arkansas pageant is the longest running preliminary in the Miss Gay America system and boasts two former Miss Gay America's, five total Arkansans holding the Miss Gay America title, and multiple top ten finalists.
